We provide system-supported, largely automated project accounting and the related reporting system for funding projects.

The basis is a software model for accounting of various types of funding and funding programs (primarily 7th EU framework programme and Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG)). Thus the administrative effort is reduced to a minimum. The project leaders can sustainably incorporate the required inputs, e.g. work packages or tasks, into the system directly and guided by the system.

Service packages by accounting for funding:

• Project accounting and reporting on demand for funding projects which
• are handled exclusively in your company or/and
• together with project partners in a consortium
• Current, periodical accounting for funding and project controlling for funding (up to full costs)
• Planning support in the course of the application phase

Performance framework:

• Individual setting of each of your funding projects according to the requirements of the funding programmes (7th EU framework programme and Horizon 2020, Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG))
• Data transfer and data preparation for efficient periodic project controlling
• Web access per project leader (including license and hardware costs; settlement service is provided centrally)
• Support in controlling process
• Tips and tricks to make the funding process as efficient as possible

The costs are largely covered by other sources because in many cases these are eligible costs which can be allocated directly to the project.
The price consists of a one-time fee for project setup and an inexpensive monthly rental fee for managed services.
